- Occasionally, we create special prints or items where we donate to different organizations and charitable causes.

Where is your company located?
- Diligent Dog is located in Wilbraham, Massachusetts.
Do you have a customer service phone line I can call?
- At this time we do not have a phone line. We ask that all customer service inquiries be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can better assist you.
What is your return policy?
- You can return or exchange any merchandise for up to 20 days after the delivery.
- Returns made after 20 days of the delivery date will be refunded via an emailed store credit, (in the form of a coupon code). We can only accept returns for store credit for up to 45 days after the delivery date.
- Please print and fill out our Returns & Exchanges form located HERE. Include this form in your return shipment and we will complete the exchange or return and send it back.
- Please note that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for exchange or return.
- Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value
- Original Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, even withing the 20 day period.
- Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
When will the exchange ship /When will I receive my refund?
- Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time your return/exchange is delivered to us, for it to be processed.
- Once your return or exchange is processed we will email you an updated tracking number or a confirmation of your refund.
What is your holiday exchange policy?
- For the holiday season we will be accepting returns for up to 45 days after Christmas as long as the purchase was made after November 1st.
I received an incorrect item. What should I do?
- If you received an incorrect item please email us at email@example.com so we can further assist you.
- Once we receive the return, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible!
I received a damage item. What should I do?
- If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please email a photograph of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and we would be happy to begin the exchange process.
- Damaged or defective merchandise can only be exchanged for up to 15 days after the delivery date.
I love my new shirt! How should I wash it?
- Please wash cold and tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Please do not use stain sticks on any of our products.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- We make every effort to process orders within 5 business days of when they are received.
- Once the package is shipped it can take 3-10 business days to be delivered.
